SkinDay is an information platform that helps patients discover and compare cosmetic clinics across Canada. We provide clinic listings, pricing data, injector credentials, and related information to assist patients in making informed decisions. SkinDay is not a medical provider, booking agent, or healthcare service.
You may use SkinDay for personal, non-commercial purposes to research and discover cosmetic clinics. You agree not to:
SkinDay aggregates clinic information from publicly available sources and direct clinic submissions. We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy, but we do not guarantee that all information is current, complete, or error-free. Pricing data is particularly subject to change — always confirm pricing directly with the clinic before booking.
Clinic listings are included at SkinDay's discretion. We reserve the right to add, modify, or remove any listing at any time. Clinics may request removal of their pricing data by contacting hello@skinday.ca. The clinic listing itself will remain unless there is a legitimate reason for full removal.
Clinics that claim their listing through the SkinDay Clinic Portal agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information. By claiming a listing, you represent that you have authority to act on behalf of the clinic. SkinDay reserves the right to revoke portal access for violations of these Terms or for providing false information.
When you create a SkinDay account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You may delete your account at any time from your Account page. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Nothing on SkinDay constitutes medical advice. Cosmetic treatments carry risks and should only be performed by qualified practitioners. SkinDay does not endorse, recommend, or guarantee any clinic or practitioner listed on the platform. Always consult with a qualified healthcare provider before undergoing any cosmetic procedure.
SkinDay is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SkinDay and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to reliance on clinic information, pricing data, or practitioner credentials displayed on the site.
The SkinDay name, logo, design, and original content are the property of SkinDay and may not be used without written permission. Clinic names, logos, and publicly available information remain the property of their respective owners. Pricing data collected from public sources is factual in nature and is not subject to copyright protection.
SkinDay contains links to clinic websites and booking platforms. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or services of any third-party sites. Clicking external links is at your own risk.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify registered users of material changes by email.
